Evolving Tree Therapy is open to working with clients who wish to maintain their privacy from AI, insurance and VC backed companies. We offer the option for self-pay.
- Intake: $300
- 60 Minute Individual Session: $200
- 60 Minute Family/Couples Session: $250
Out-Of-Network Coverage
For insurance plans not mentioned above, we are considered an out-of -network provider. This means you will need to contact your insurance to find out what your out-of-network benefits are. Many insurance companies will still cover a large portion of therapy through out-of -network benefits.
We will provide you with a "super bill" which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Questions to ask your insurance about your out-of-network benfits
1. Does my plan offer out-of-network coverage for routine outpatient mental health care?
2. Do I have an annual deductible for out-of-network mental health benefits? If so, how much of the deductible have I already met ?
3. What is my co-pay/co-insurance or what percentage of the provider’s fees does the plan cover? Is there a maximum amount allotted per service? (Common codes used 90791 for intake and 90837 for follow up sessions).
4. Are there a certain number of sessions covered per year?
5. If I see an out-of-network provider, how do I submit the request for reimbursement?
